Hello !

I have an issue with my JChem Web Services license. I have a FreeWeb license.

In ChemAxon's help, they said to create a folder ("chemaxon/filelicense"). I did this but when I try to connect on web services interface (ajax) with the login, I have an error : No license file found. It need the academic license.

But in freeWeb license, JChem Web Services are in the package, no ? (http://www.chemaxon.com/free-software/)

If someone have an idea : maybe I forgot a step ?

Thanks in advance for your response.

Best regards,

Aurora

Dear Aurora,

The chemaxon folder, which contains the license file, must be placed in the user's home directory. In windows 7 this means C:\Users\username typically. In linux the folder name is .chemaxon instead of chemaxon.
