MolConvertWS is a service integrated with JChem Web Services Server. The php example uses this service to demonstrate image generation.

You can find the imagegen.php in the JChem Web Services package in the examples/php directory.

Did you try to open "JChemWebServices/examples/php" directory in the file system, and didn't find the file imggen.php there? Which WS package are you using?
