Hi,
There is no dedicated page for listing the changes in JChem Web Services. Of course all the changes in JChem and Marvin libraries are reflected on the REST api, the functionality under the hood is following those.
If there are any new api added to the web services it is documented in the interactive guide:
https://restdemo.chemaxon.com/apidocs
Bug fixes and minor improvements are continuous, so I recommend using always the latest version!
