Hide/show ID fails when Multi-selecting with Control key

To reproduce:

Open Excel.  Insert a few molecules and enter IDs using the ID Assignment field (e.g. using the Editor Pane).

 

While holding down the control key select multiple structure cells.  Click on "Hide structures for IDs" in the ribbon.

Only the first cell that was selected will change.  The other cells will not.

multi selection is not really supported in JChem for Excel not only in the case of this particular action.

Because in most cases Excel does not support this.
