I have Microsoft 2010. However, when I try to download J Chem for Excel a message that I need Microsoft 2010 comes up and the download stops. Is there something I can do to remedy this problem?

Hi Henry,
I guess you meant Microsoft Office 2010.
Do you mean installation of JChem for Excel instead of download? I am asking because it sounds unrealistic to me that the download wasn't possible due to the version any of your software.
Anyways, it shouldn't have any issue neither with the version of your Office, since it is compatible with 2003, 2007 and 2010 too.
