Name to Structure same as Structure to Name?

Howdy,

  I'm using JC4XL 5.4.0.411 and trying to convert smiles to IUPAC names.  I have a N2S license.  Is there a separate license for S2N?  Screen shot attached of Excel return for formula =JCIUPACName(A2) and license manager.  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hi Chris,

in the error message the system tells you that you have N2S but the it requires S2N plugin.

Please turn to your contact person who you get the license from and ask him/her for a new license containing the Structure To Name.
