JChem Excel auto-deletes sheets when opening new spreadsheet

I have a question about a potential bug in JChem for Excel that I was hoping you could help me with.  I’ve found that if I have a JChem_excel book open and I open a second Excel spreadsheet book file (either JChem or not), one of the sheets in the book that is opened is immediately deleted.  When I close this file it asks if I want to permanently discard the sheet marked for deletion from the book I opened, even though I haven’t actively deleted anything.  It’s a bit scary and I’ve almost lost some information this way a couple of times.  Is this something you recognize and is there something on my system that can be adjusted to avoid this?

Dear Lars, please specify the version of JChem4XL you are using.

then please try to install the latest version version of the product fom here:

http://www.chemaxon.com/download.php?d=/data/download/jchem4xl/JChem_For_Excel_5.3.8.166.msi

It might have been an issue in that specific version.
