Structures disappear

JChem4Excel 5.3.7.76, Excel 2003, Win XPSP2

After working with a sheet and scrolling around, structures will sometimes disappear. Formulas based on the compounds remain valid but the images are blank. Sometimes, restarting Excel will bring them back, sometimes it takes logging in/out. Hard to find a simple cause.

Is this a known issue?

no we have not experienced this yet. you can try out the 5.3.8.

I just installed JChem for Excel to evaluate it, and can add structures to Excel 2007, and get formula to work, eg MW and MF, but the structures are not visible.   If I select print preview, they appear momentarily in the work sheet, then show up in the print preview screen.  When I close it, they show up, for a moment, back in the workbook, and then vanish again.   If I click on the cell, it takes the structure into Marvin just fine.   It is almost as if the structures were displaying as all white line on a white background. 

Any ideas?

I had tried closing and opening Excel, but after rebooting the entire system, the structures are now appearing correctly.    It was just odd to me that they would appear briefly when I selected print preview.   But now, they are appearing correctly, so maybe my XP was messed up.
