I installed the new license. However, the structures drawing with
JChemExcel drawn using old license disappeared after new license was installed.
Could you please help me to recover the lost structures in excel sheet?

Hi,
normally the license file should not influence drawing. You can even view structures without a license file. Have you installed a new version of JChem for Excel? Which version are you using?
JChem for Excel also requires .NET Framwework 2 SP2, as stated in system requirements. Earlier versions of JChem for Excel worked without this service pack, but recently we dropped that support.
