When I use R-group decomposition, I would like the resulting worksheet to contain data columns from the original sheet. I would also like all input rows to be included, even those not containing the core. Is this possible?

Hi,
at the moment no. It will be improved for the 1.2 release:
-Put R-Group Decomposition result on the same sheet in different columns
-Include non hits, when moving moving to a separate worsksheet
-Run on multiple query structures at the same time
