A user would have several workbooks open over 2 monitors. When wanting to focus on one workbook, the user would minimize the workbooks not in use. The active workbook would then stop rendering structures although the structure is in the cell. The user would have to un-minimize the other workbooks to view the structures.
Please advise.
We are using JChemforExcel 16.7.4 on Windows 7, 32bit Office. All our MS updates are current.

Dear Eileen,
I try to reproduce the reported problem and I need some further information:
- What is the Microsoft Office version used by the user who experienced the reported problem? Microsoft Office 2010 or Microsoft Office 2013 or Microsoft Office 2016?
- Are the opened workbooks newly created and unsaved workbooks, or are they saved and reopened workbooks?
- How many structures do the workbooks contain (just a few or hundreds)?
- Could you please describe the exact steps how to reproduce the problem?
Thank you in dvance for your reply!
Best regards, Zsolt

Dear Eileen,
I checked our "History of Changes" and it shows that the structure rendering problem upon minimizing/maximizing Excel window has been fixed already:
https://www.chemaxon.com/jchem4excel/changes/changes.html#V1692600
Could you please check if the reported problem can be reproduced or not with JChem for Excel version 16.9.2600 (or later) in your environment?
Best regards,
Zsolt
