Hello.
My problem is related with the JchemforOffice, which I didn't manage to install on MS Office 2016. The application didn't show any errors and completed the installation successfully, but there is no bars neither in Office not Excel programs. During the installation, the application asked me to download " MS primary interop assemblies". The PrimaryInteropAssembly.exe files had been downloaded and executed, the o2007pia.msi file had been executed as well. The JChemforOffice installed successfully after the reboot but no bar have been shown in Office/Excel. The JChemforOffice have been uninstalled then and reinstall again, but it didn't help.
Please, tell me, what might be the problem?

Hello,
the possible reasons and solutions for the "missing JChem ribbon" problem reported in your post:
- COMSHIM is not loaded - In this case please run cmd as administrator, and then c:\Windows\System32\regsvr32.exe "c:\Program Files\ChemAxon\JChem for Excel\JChemExcel.COMShim.dll"
- 32 bit version installer was run on a 64 bit version Microsoft Office - In this case please uninstall the currently installed JChem for Excel(Office) and install it by using the 64 bit version installer.
- JChem for Excel (or JChem for Office) has been installed by a remote administrator - In this case please run c:\Program Files\ChemAxon\JChem for Excel\Docs\EnableJCXLAddins.bat to solve the problem.
Please let us know if the above described possible soluitons could help you to solve the problem or not.

1. Thу command was run and ended successfully.
2. My version is 64 bit, for 64 bit Windows 10
3. There was no .bat file in c:\Program Files\ChemAxon\JChem for Excel\Docs (there were three .chm files and one .zip)
The computer was reboot. The problem remain.

I am very sorry for my inattention - yes, my Office version is 32 bit.
I couldn't reinstall the Office package, so I reinstalled 32 bit Jchem version and now it works fine.
