JChem for Office issue

Running JChem for Office 16.6.3000.824 on Windows 10 64 bit Dell box with Office 2016

In word, I click on Add structure, the Jchem window opens, I draw a structure, click OK, and the structure does not insert into Word

At that point Word crashes with an error message "Unable to construct the Marvin Editor Control because Exception of type 'SystemOutOfMemoryException' was thrown"

At that point, another error "The MathTypeDLL cannot be found. Please reinstall MathType" appears. and the error shown in the attachment appears (sorry, I'm not typing all of that)

So, I went ahead and reinstalled Mathtype 6.9b, and it again is working fine.

 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I do not think the MathType error is related,  and as I understood that does not appear any more after re-installation.

Is your Microsoft Office 32 or 64 bit?

Could you try the editor in PowerPoint or Excel (in case you also installed those.)

If you see any logs at the following location (C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\ChemAxon), then please zip them and send to us.
