Structures not visible when users Remote Desktop JC4XL

Hi,

Do you know of any issues viewing structures while using JC4XL via Remote Desktop?

Our users are using 15.8.31 JC4XL and Office 2013.

Could you, please describe your environment: is 32-bit Office? win 7 or win 8.1? (Unfortunately, I can't find in the mail thread.)

please check your Win7 service pack and if you don't have it yet, please update to SP1 as I've known and checked Sp1 is the latest one for Win7. With this service pack your DirectX will updated as well which responses for the drawing.

If the drawing is not successful after the update please write down the parameters of the machine what you try to use via Remote desktop. Is it a virtual machine or a physical one?

Please also check your DirectX settings via DirectX Diagnostic tool what is a built in windows software. After run the tool you can check the DirectX Features on the Display tab. The DirectDraw and the Direct3D Acceleration have to be in Enabled status.

Had the same issue
Try to connect through a 3rd party tool for remote desktop AEROADMIN  or tv. The first one is lightweight and faster, you should try it firstly
