JChemExcel Functions not getting correctly added to Add-ins

Hello,

I have installed JChemforExcel 5.11.4 version with Office 2007. When i insert Structure, I am getting #NAME along with the Structure, which is related to JChemExcel Function addin. 

I had gone through most of the posts related to this issue in the forum, but couldn't reach at a solution. These are the various fixes I tried.

1 ) Repaired JChemforExcel .

2) Uninstalled and installed JChemforExcel.

3) Tried the steps from the forum - https://www.chemaxon.com/forum/ftopic4828.html. I found that even after selecting JChemExcel Functions from Excel Addin, it is not getting listed under ActiveAddins list.

4) I could see that LoadBehavior for JChemExcel.Function is set to 2 in my registry under the path HKEY_CURRENT_USER.

5) Using my Visual Studio  C# code, I tried to add and activate the addin. I could see that the same code is failing for JChemExcel.Functions, whereas I am able to add and activate other add-ins using my code.

 

So I clearly doubt if the issue is with JChemforExcel.Functions installation.  Please suggest a possible resolution.

Hi Akos,

 

I don't have Jcfunctions .xla  listed in Inactive/Active addins tab. Neither it is present in Automation Servers while trying to add an Excel addin.

Did you follow the "To activate the Jcfunctions as an Excel Add-in:" section, especially from step 2b?

I don't have this file under this path too.. I had already checked all these.

 C:\Program Files (x86)\ChemAxon\JChem for Excel\JCFunctions.xla
