Hi,
Could you, please describe your environment: Windows version (7, 8 or 10), Office version (2010 or 2013-32 or 64-bit) and the downloaded JChem for Office version.
The steps you followed or a screenshot would also helpful for us to reproduce the issue.
Thanks a lot,
Anna

Hi,
Could you, please check your Office version: 32 or 64-bit? See it in File/Help: About Microsoft Excel description.
What do you mean as "JCSYSstructure name can not be converted into molecular drawings."? The cell is empty or is there any #NAME or do you receive any messages?
Please, check also the forums in Admin Guide:

hi this is the 32 bits version.
I imported in excel a file with chemical structures in it, but they are all converted to JCCSY codes and no way to get back the drawings.....

Hi,
It looks like the JChemExcel Functions add-in is not checked in, could we check on a screenshare meeting if this is the reason or maybe there is anything else behind? When would it be convenient for you?

Hi Jean-Christophe,
Has this issue been solved in the meantime? If not, when could we have a webex to help you solve this?
Best regards,
Akos
