JChem tab greyed out - ChemAxon Forum Archive

Hi everyone,

My laptop crashed the other day and since then my JChem for Excel has stopped working. When I click on any button on the tab, the splash screen appears but all the buttons are greyed out. I have uninstalled JChem for Office numerous times, and reinstalled it but it doesn't appear to work. I even installed an older version of JChem for Excel but that had the same problem.

Versions

Office:14.0.7149.5000 (32 bit)

Windows: Windows 7 Professional (Service Pack 1)

JChem for Office: 6.2.0.385.x86

I've attached some screenshots of the Excel and COM addins and the JChem tab.

I've checked previous topics and tried to find my logs but cannot find them on this laptop.

Any help is much appreciated, i'm working in the US and my company is based in the UK so I can't get much assistance.

Actually I just found my log file. This is from today.
