Jchem for Excel does not show/recognize structures

Current, I am using JchemForExcel v 6.2.0 for my office 2010 x64 on Win7.

The structure added by using Add/Edit Jchem can not be recognized by the software.

It only shows =JCSYSStructure("37C24DECF958668618FE0DG26D7A") in the cell.

The structure can not be converted to SMILES.

I also tried several different chemForExcel versions. They gives the same results.

Could you please tell me where the issue is? How can I solve it?

Thanks a lot

Sent you the fixed workbook, pelase make sure that the cells where the structure functions are located to be under 'general' formatting.
