I have an attached file of 50,000 lines that I was able to import from an SD file, but after only adding two new columns, I was unable to export back out.
I tried using different computers so I don't think JChem is the issue.
I tried exporting only a few lines (10) and it exported successfully.
the thing is is that im not able to decipher the error message and if there's a corruption in the export process because of a certain line, there how can I find it and why was it able to get imported but not exported?
Thanks,
Antonio

Thanks Viktor,
I did attach it in the last reply. Did I not do that correctly? Let me know and I'll do it again.

Hi Antonio,
sorry I missed the attachment.
This is an old problem in the export,
too much data is loaded into the 32-bit application memory.
- We try to workaround it to split up the huge dataset into parts or
- other solutions is for you to use 64 bit Excel and JChem for Excel.
