Structure can't show in the excel

Dears 

My os is win8.1 64, office2013  is X86 and installed all the updates   jc for excel is JChem_For_Office_6.2.0.385.x86

 

but when i add a structure into a cell ,it is  like the attached pic shown.

Could you help me to solve it?

Windows8 is not suported in 6.2 with Office 2013.

If you insist on using WIndows8 the please use Office 2010 32 or 64 bit.

Or if you would like to use Office 2013 please install Windows7. I think the first version is better (O2010) since the Office installation is much easier than Windows.
