Can Ward output tanimoto distance?

the default output of ward has RNN List,  for example "197     194     198     137.0492".   Is there anyway to convert this distance to tanimoto score?  or does Ward have tanimoto distance option in command line?

Dear Bin,

thank you for your interest. The RNN list  "197     194     198     137.0492" in the output describes the  RNN pair ids (197 and 194), the id of the merged center (198) and the distance between the RNN pair (137.0492). This distance is calculated using the descriptors from the input applying  the Euclidean similarity metric. Currently this metric cannot be changed neither from command line nor from API.

We may suggest  a workaround if you describe briefly your workflow.
