How do I print libMCS report for publication purposes?

 

Does anybody know how to print libMCS dendrogram and scaffold structure for publication purposes?

I am unable to open 0gsf file in any other programs (word, XL, powerpoint, photoshop..).

Hi Nina,

I'm afraid that print qulity output of the dendrogram is not available in LibMCS. Your only option is to take a screen capture at the highest possible resolution.
