Hi Gaokeng Xiao,

some sapects of screen3d were presented at 2010 ACS, Boston. These slides are about the methodology behind the "-match" option of screen3d:

Currently, jchem 5.5 is under release however major bugfixes and speed up is expected to be released after the version 5.5.
