I would like to know if you have implemented other similarity indices, specifically Tversky index?

not yet, though he have received a request form a big pharma recently so there is good chance that we will implement it very soon.

Hi Derek,





New features are typically released in major versions, that would be 5.3 which is planed to be released in early autumn. However, I think that Tversky is not such a big issue and could easily be incorporated in a minor (typically bug fix, patch) release. I cannot tell the version number, perhaps 5.2.2 or 5.2.3, within a month or so.

We forgot to inform you in due time that Tversky metric was introduced in JChem 5.2.2.
