Filtering by property in LibMCS

Thank you for these great research tools. I'm writing because I'm having a bit of trouble with LibMCS. I can't color or mark nodes in my dendrogram by using the options under the Filter menu. I type in the information, but the dendrogram remains black.





I'm running LibMCS 5.0.3 on Mac OS X 10.5

I'm glad you're using LibMCS, though I have to admit that the filtering feature is very very premature and experimental.





I have check version 0.7, which is available on our website via Java WebStart, and with it's default set of structures that is automatically loaded colouring work properly.


Though when I imported other SDFiles I experienced that colouring is dodgy, in some cases it works while there are properties that just cannot be coloured by. I did not manage to find any workaround and magic spells to make the programs behaviour consistent.





This is clearly a bug that need to be fixed. I'll let you know when this is done.
