Screen Installation

I have downloaded and installed jchem-3_2_11-windows_with_jre.exe in my computor, but I cannot find screen. Does anyone could give me some hiint to figure this out? Many thanks.

Jchem applications are available as batch files on Windows, and shell scripts on Unix systems. All these are located in the bin folder under your JChem installation libraries.





You may wish to follow this link http://www.chemaxon.com/jchem/doc/admin/prepscripts.html that can be helpful to resolve the problem.

       i have installed jchem5_3_0_2 version i am not able to get j screen....is it provided with jchem package or as a seperate one...please clarify...thank you,

              screen can only used in command promt and not throug GUI...? or screen is intergrated to any other tool in jchem package...? thanks,

Hi Prashanth,

screen has only commad line functionalities yet. You can find all executables under the bin directory of the jchem installation. During the installation it is advisable to select "Insert JChem scripts into the path".
