Not such a terribly big issue but list_of_similar objects does not get appended to the sdf file. Might be a tiny code bug.
Perhaps it's because there is a " ..." right next to "list_of_similar_objects"?
Also, the list of similar objects are tabbed. This is again not a big issue when dealing with < 50 structures, but with lots of them, it becomes problematic in dealing with mnay columns when one opens it with a csv reader.
