search for markush groups in a list of compounds

Is it possible to enter the structure for a compound and retrieve all possible markush groups that make up this structure?

I understand that I would have to come up with library of markush groups, is there any library I can download to use in what I want to do?

Hi,

You can use our markush searching option. This allows searching markush structures with specific queries.

If you want to do substructure searching chose that search type, if you want to check if the query structure covers one element of the markush structure then use full search type.

Markush structures can be retrieved from patent providers or you can draw some based on patent files or combinatorial chemistry data.
