Structure display from Pipeline pilot to Chemaxon database

Dear Chemaxon,

We have 7.5.2 pipeline pilot version and 5.2.6 Jchem version. We  access Oracle 10g Jchem Database  from pipeline pilot components but  the structure display doesn't work. We have used  Chemaxon Jchem Search component but that doesn't seem to work.

Can you please help us or point to the thread which will help.

JChem Search does not display the structures.

Do you have problems with two components ? Can you specifically name the other one ? Could you describe what is happening (error message, etc ) ?

Have you installed the Marvin applet package as described in README.txt  (extracting a marvin-all-xxx.zip file obtained from the ChemAxon site) ?
