Link PP and JChem cartridge for Oracle

Hi,

I looked on the powerpoint from the user meeting in June, and saw that a future plan is too have PP components for Jchem Cartridge.

 

I'm looking for a chemistry cartridge to use on an Oracle database and I use PP to call the database and process the molecules (for the moment without chemistry query). If JChem cartridge for Oracle is installed on the Oracle server can I use the normal SQL query and use the Jchem functions? And what could the PP components bring more?

Yes.

 

And what could the PP components bring more?

We assume that not all PP users are comfortable assembling and processing SQL queries and may not be familiar with the syntax of our cartridge operators and functions.

The idea is to provide some components that are easy to use without this kind of knowledge.
