Documentation for Pipeline Pilot components

Is there and user documentation available for the Chemaxon Pipeline Pilot components?

Sorry for answering a bit late, attending a conference.





Currently the only documentation we have is the README.txt which is mostly deals with installation.





We plan to put some html documentation on the web soon, so users can also learn about the package before installation.





Meanwhile the components themselves are well documented and the component help becomes part of the documentation on the PP server once the components are installed.


We also have several example protocols in the package, and we are glad to answer your questions.
