.net stand alone application compatibility with chem product

I need some information regarding ISIS/Draw desktop version 2.4 /2.5 and Symyx(MDL) Draw Enterprise edition(EE) version 3.0.





Can i use these applications in .net windows(stand alone) application. If yes then how. I have seen support for web application for these applications in .net but i am interested in windows (standalone ) Application.





Please help me in this regard as i have to finalise third party tool for my application .

Neither ISIS/Draw nor Symyx Draw belongs to ChemAxon, so please submit your support request to the corresponding support center (which is probably being run by Symyx now).
