Name to Structure License

Hello,

I have downloaded the Marvin suite of programs (v 5.11.1) under an academic license...I am currently trying to use the molconvert utility from the command line and I am receiving a license error for the product Name to Structure.  Is there a problem with my license or is this feature unavailable under an academic license?

I should also point out that the license file located under username\chemaxon\ does not appear in my Windows install...yet I applied for the license and the software works fromt he desktop.  Seems odd.
