Academic license update

Dear support team representative,

My academic license is expired on 2011-03-31. Two days ago I tried to update the license by updating the publication list in Academic License registration page, but no any changes yet (no confirmation emails or so). How long does it take to get a license after updating the registration?

Thanks a lot for getting back to our academic package - I found your application but no changes were made on it recently. It might have happened because our system was down last week for a couple of hours or because you did not hit the submit button on the page.

Whatever happened please revisit your application and update it with your publication. I'll review it and within a working day I will come back to you about that.
