Academic LICENSE link not working

I was approved for the academic licensing package but could not download the license file.

SHould you be sending me a new link.

Dear Iyer,

Would you please describe exactly what happens? Because we cannot see where the trouble is.

You should follow these steps:

1. Open the email from the academic team


2. Click on the My Licenses link (you can click on that here too)


3. LOGIN with your user name and password to our site and return to the My Licenses page!


4. You should be able to see a Download link on your My Licenses page.

If you followed the steps above and something went wrong, please let me know where you have trouble.
