I applied for the academic package yesterday, and this morning I got email, saying my application has been accepted, and I need to log in to obtain license file.
But, when I log in My Chemaxon with the same user name I used when applying for the academic package, the web showed that I don't have any licenses yet.
How long will Chemaxon spend preparing my license file?

Hi Yibin,
Your license file wasn't created because of a bug in our internal software. I'm investigating and will let you know as soon as I can.

Dear Yibin,
I regenerated your license and now you should be able to see and download your academic license from the My Licenses page. Please let me know if the problem is not solved yet.
