Hello, yesterday I downloaded my license from my personal page on your website. Then, I downloaded the Marvin package, and I opened the Licence Manager application. I browsed the licence file in the licence manager, and launched the install command. However, after this the status for all the applications displayed in the Installation Overview of the Licence Manager was ''invalid''. What's wrong? I am using a mac with OSX 10.6.6.

Dear Fabio,
Yes, the trouble was that your institution name contained a special character (Università) and our automatic system can't generate a working license with these characters.
I fixed your license and it should work now. You can find two licenses now on your My Licenses page - please download and install the one on the top. That's your new license.
