plugin license setup problem

We have clogp plugin license. I copied from license file

<Field Name="Software" Value="Partitioning Plugin Group"/>
<Field Name="License Term" Value="Perpetual"/>

In the startup of our test program, we use setLicense() method and called isLicensed() to make sure true returned. However when I call logPPlugin.run() with multiple molecules, I get license exception.

No valid license key has been found for logPPlugin.
The maximal number of calls (1) without a license key has been reached.

Could you please point me what was wrong here? I used 5.1.7.
