jc_molconvertb(cd_structure,'name') fails

Hi.

I'm working as a DBA for Proximagen, and they have licensed, among other things, the 'IUPAC naming plugin'.

When I try to calculate the name using jc_molconvertb(cd_structure,'name'), I get

"No valid license has been found"

"Product name; Structure to Name Plugin"

 

Is the syntax for IUPAC naming different, or is there something wrong with the license ?

There was a slight changing in our licensing (just technical). I've sent you a new license file.

Could you please check if the issue remains?
