Status of License : Invalid

Dear Chemaxon team,

I have just applied for an academic license.

I have just got back the license file. I save it into my home, .chemaxon and .chemaxon/licenses directories

I put it in the License manager 5.4

It can read it, but the status column is equal to "Invalid" for each module ! The expiration date is 2011-06-18.

It is the same when I have tried to use it with the java api!

 

Could you please provide me support in order to be able to change the status to valid?

and to be able to use it with java api

here a detail of the message when using with the java api.

please note that is not a java problem because it is also not working directly in the License manager software !

Dear Francois,

Sorry for the inconveniences - we had a bug here and those licenses with a special character in them (like in  Génomique) weren't generated. The bug is fixed now - though I regenerated your license, so please go to My Licenses page (http://www.chemaxon.com/my-chemaxon/my-licenses/) and download and install the latest license you find there. It should work now.
