No license at link in academic package aceptance email

Hi, I've applied for an Academic Package License to upgrade to v5.4. I've recived an e-mail with a link indicating a place to get the license file.  In this site and after validation with my login (greferball) and password, I got "You don't have any licenses yet". What am I missing?

Dear Gregorio,

Sorry for the inconveniences, we changed quite a lot of things in our system that handles the academic licenses and your license was not generated properly. However, the trouble is solved now - and if you log in on our website and visit the My Licenses page; you'll find your academic license there.
