License reading problem occured

When I want to upload the license that I received, after browsing to the location where it is stored, I receive the following message:

"License reading problem occured", followed by the path. The same happens when I change the location of the license file.

Any suggestions ?

iIt seems to be your license file contains bad encoded characters. The problem is in our license generator tool.
We will send a new license for you soon.
