Hi,

please make sure if your license file is installed in your system. You can use the License Manager tool for this: http://www.chemaxon.com/marvin/help/licensedoc/installToDesktop.html#gui

Please also see this document: https://www.chemaxon.com/marvin/help/licensedoc/installToServer.html

Let me know if the problem have not been solved.

Hi,

how did you define the path of the license file (filesystem path, or a network address)?
The default place is the user's home directory. In the case of JChem Base it means the user who runs the Java Virtual Mchine. Please try to copy the license file that place.

Also please send me a screenshot about your license manager and pleas end me the license file.
