Hi

We are thinking of putting a "freeware" program on our website (in form of a jarfile, most probably). It can search our database for a drawn structure and spit out analogues.

Can we include an MSketchPane in this program? If yes what would be the terms of it (putting a logo, link to the website, whatever)?

Then, we would like to adjust this structure to pH7.4 and then count the hydrogen bond acceptors /donors and then do an analog search. From my personal knowledge I know that on an unlicensed computer this can be done once per session. So the user can only do one search per session and has to restart before doing the next search. For us this is OK, but are we allowed to share such non-licensed code?

sincerely,

HI Lorenz,

Did you see this page discussing what can be made available for free, see FreeWeb and Academic Web. Let me know if this fits?
