License JChem for personal use

I am interested in using Metabolizer and Screen for my own personal use. How much does a license for JChem cost?

Metabolizer gave me an error message when I tried to evaluate it without a license.

No, it is not for commercial use; it is only for my personal use.

I would appreciate a license free of charge; if this is not possible, please let me know how much it would cost in US $.
