Server use: not allowed

Hi,

I'm a new applicant of academic package. I followed the instruction to login support forum and already got a license key file for standardizer 5.2.6. However, the licenseced key file was unacceptable. A restriction column in License manager stated "Server use: not allowed" and I could not use many tools in the program.

It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could sugeest how to fix this problem.

HI Joyce,

Can you tell us about which functions you are having trouble with and how you are using/implementing?

Notice you can use the functionality in batch but not on a server - as this is for groups of users and is not covered in the academic package license (it is a personal license for research)
