I have applied for an Academic License in July and I have not received any email.

Should I do it againg?

HI Alejandro,

I have not recieved any application update request from "scripps" recently but I have found the original email acceptance I sent "Fri, 17 Jul 2009 20:33:39 +0200". I have sent again but do check your inbox - maybe there is a spam filter working at your institution.

I see the problem - your email address is not functional I am getting a undeliverable. I could not inform you because you only provided one email address on your application. Can you check again with SCRIPPS admin I can only send the acceptance to an institutional email address.

I have received two emails from the forum now.

It's strange that my email address doesn't/didn't work for you, since I think it's been working fine.

Your application email address is different from your forum address. I updated your application and have issued a new acceptance email to this (forum) related address.

Sorry about this.

I am surprised - I have an email to your email address in October, sent to "tuananh@" and "tuananh.@" (the entry in your application - I assumed the second one was an error).

There was a problem with you application - the domain connected with your email address appears to be a commercial company and so not relevant for academic package.

I send the mail again but if I do not have the correct email address can you let me know the correct email address.

PS - I you do have an academic connection please do updatte your email address with the institutional email address or let me know more about your situation
