Mysql and oracle database connectivity for academic license

Help states that an enterprise license is required to use MYSQL and ORACLE databases. Does this mean academic license doesnot permit use of MYSQL database?

No, the academic package license covers all products and all use, including connecting to remote databases using Instant JChem. If your license is not working then this may be because you have not installed the license or you are running an old license which does not include Instant JChem shared functions.

If you already have an academic package license, to receive updated
licenses please revisit your application (instructions below) and
update the application, please do add citations to your application if
suitable. Please note that academic package licenses for research are
on a repeating 2 year basis, upon provision of correct citations.
