Hi
I am bench marking JChem sub structure search ( programatically via its Java API) against Open babel in terms of accuracy and speed for possible integration with a text mining tool. I am using an evaluation version of JChem to compare a database of 6000 smiles on itself ( that is each record in the database is used as a query on the same database). I managed to partially run the test but now its complaining that I cannot run any more tests.
here is the error message I am getting
Is it possible for you to provide me with a flexible licence key that would allow me to run this test ?
Also dose the type of licence key I have, have any baring on the performance of a substructure search?
Thanks
Wiraj
