why I have not gotten my licence

Hi ,


I have requested a license key on 17 July and my licence number is 3117, but I have not gotten the licence. I don't know whether there is something happened to my email box or the licence is not sent to me.


Can I get the licence somewhere else?

I did send your acceptance message yesterday (5.08 pm CET) with a link to your license. Did you not get it? email sent to "sureshch_at__csrrltrd.ren.nic.in". I have not received a non delivery notice for this message





If not please contact your system admin and see if it has been spam filtered.

I am afraid I cannot send to non academic email addresses. I resent just now to your academic address. Can you check again and if not working then please speak to your admin. If "chemaxon.com" is not getting to you then it will not get to any other colleagues or you will not receive future updates so it is best to get your academic email system to accept.





If this continues - I can fax to you the link but I need your fax number and the academic web page where this fax number is listed.
